OMRAN Group invites specialized and experienced service providers to participate in this tender for the provision of housekeeping services across multiple entities under the OMRAN umbrella, including Oman Sail, Marina Bandar Al Rowdha (MBR), Oman Tourism College (OTC), and Convention and Exhibition entities.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to cleaning services, housekeeping staff allocation, supervision, provision of cleaning materials and equipment, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Eligible companies must demonstrate proven experience in delivering facility services, particularly in high-footfall environments, and should be capable of servicing multiple sites with flexibility and efficiency.

Company Qualifications: Local (Excellent, First Grade), SMEs (Riyada card holders), companies with relevant expertise.

All interested bidders are requested to do the following:

2. SMESs, Holders of Riyada cards are exempted from paying the tender fees and Tender Bond.
