STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
Mandated to Deliver
OMRAN Group's mandate is delivered through seven strategic objectives, each aligned with Oman Vision 2040 and the directions of the Oman Investment Authority. Together, they shape how the Group plans, develops, invests, and operates the Sultanate of Oman's tourism ecosystem.
Lead the Sultanate of Oman's tourism ecosystem in alignment with Oman Vision 2040 national priorities, the Oman Investment Authority's direction, and market data.
Develop integrated destinations, strategic projects, and authentic experiences that strengthen the Sultanate of Oman's tourism position and raise visitor satisfaction.
Strengthen partnerships with the private sector and international investors, and ensure that the Group's assets and projects achieve sustainable financial performance and long-term returns.
Raise efficiency, streamline operations, strengthen governance, and restructure assets to deliver maximum value across the Group's portfolio.
Build strategic relationships with operators, investors, SMEs, and local communities to expand opportunities, encourage innovation, and strengthen local content.
Lead efforts to protect the environment, strengthen social wellbeing, and preserve cultural heritage to ensure responsible tourism growth.
Develop future tourism-sector leaders, refine national talent, and build an institutional culture grounded in performance and future-readiness.
