The selected PMC will be responsible for providing project leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, reporting, and quality control across design, procurement, and implementation stages. The scope includes collaboration with technical, operational, and branding consultants, with the goal of achieving timely, high-quality, experience-driven project delivery, and maintaining strict alignment with the approved budget.

Firms with demonstrated experience in managing multi-site PMC assignments, particularly within leisure, entertainment, tourism, and destination development sectors.
