OMRAN has successfully completed the Pre-Concept Masterplan and a Highest and Best Use Study for the project. At this stage, OMRAN aims to appoint a PMC that will oversee and manage all required project disciplines, including Pre-Contract Services, Post-Contract Services, and the Liability Period.
