The selected PMC firm will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the project within the established timeframe, adhering to the highest quality standards, and maintaining strict alignment with the approved budget. The appointed PMC consultant must demonstrate a commitment to and alignment with OMRAN Group’s strategic objectives and goals throughout the project’s execution.

Companies with experience in managing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity, a diverse portfolio of successfully completed projects, and comprehensive expertise in the delivery of tourism and mixed-use developments.
