This tender covers the comprehensive delivery of civil, construction, and related services for Hayl Al Diyar Cave project entertainment destination under the OMRAN Group portfolio across the Sultanate of Oman. The Main Contractor (MC) shall assume full responsibility for the execution, supervision, and coordination of all construction activities across the designated project site. The MC will be accountable for the timely delivery of works, strict adherence to the approved designs and quality standards, and full compliance with all applicable Omani laws, regulations, and statutory requirements. This includes the implementation of site-specific construction solutions that align with the unique characteristics of the destination and the broader vision of OMRAN Group.

Companies with Proven experience in delivering large-scale, multi-site civil and infrastructure projects, preferably in the tourism, leisure, or hospitality sector.
